WHAT THEY NEEDED

In 2024, Howard CC initially came to me in need of a broadcast for their opening night basketball games in their brand new arena. In addition to that, we accomplished their first ever media day for both their men’s and women’s basketball teams in time to use photos, graphics, and an intro video on their brand new video boards throughout the night.

WHAT THEY GOT

Since 2024, HCC and CRE810 Media have accomplished a lot together as partners. We’ve completed media days for more than 15 of their athletic teams, filmed a variety of cinematic match recaps (including two full championship runs), and helped the internal broadcast team develop their production skills and equipment. All of which have overlapped in the ways that they benefit the athletics department by resembling a division one program’s media capabilities.

An athletic media day is a professional content experience where athletes rotate through stations for photography, videography, social media content, player introductions, headshots, interviews, and other creative productions that showcase both the athletes and their program. Our media days recreate the look, feel, and energy of any Division I athletic program, giving athletes a true professional-level experience.

With high-quality production, creative direction, and an organized workflow, we help programs create premium content for recruiting, marketing, and social media. Our team also keeps the atmosphere fun, energetic, and engaging, helping athletes feel comfortable, confident, and excited while creating authentic content that reflects their personality.

PRO-LEVEL MEDIA DAYS

PHOTOPGRAPHY

Photography is essentially the core of our media day services, since every athlete needs headshots for the website along with a team photo. However, we don’t stop there - every athlete also gets to express their own creativity with poses and staged shots. This allows for higher quality graphics and posting throughout the season.

TEAM INTRO VIDEOS

Team intro videos are what we like to call a FLEX. Make a statement at the beginning of the season and announce your team with some energy. These intro videos are great for social media, but even better for a video board in an arena or at the beginning of a broadcast! Each one is unique and represents the team in different ways.

Social media challenges are also what I like to call Character challenges. This is content that shows the athletes personality outside of the court or field. The formats for these are endless, and there are tons of great examples from pro-league teams

BROADCASTING

Broadcasting helps to unlock more athletics viewership in any college program. It’s one thing to be able to live stream a match, but with our experienced crew of broadcast professionals, we tie in multiple high-quality camera feeds, replays, commentary, graphics, and video content as well!
