When I met with Trish, Executive Director of Camp Opportunity, we had discussed a video project for Camp Opportunity’s upcoming annual Shining Stars fundraising event. Once that project was completed, we discussed creating a brand new website, while repurposing the video content from our first project.

RESULTS

The Shining Stars event video was a huge success in entertaining the attendees. My favorite comment from one of the counselors was that I “helped to show the true essence of what its like to be at camp.” To me, it was hearing the laughter, and seeing the tears from the audience while they watched. The event overall was a huge fundraising success for Camp Opportunity!

Trish and I immediately switched our focus to a website redesign before her Giving Day campaign in November. The original website was out-dated and and difficult to access. Not only did I transfer all of the old website data to a more user friendly platform with Squarespace, I was also able to repurpose all of the content from our first project to make the new website more engaging!

Between the Shining Stars fundraising, and the Giving Day donations, Trish was able to accomplish her goal of expanding camp to TWO full weeks in 2024!
